My experience with city-builders stopped at the Sim City games of the late 90s, but I LOVED Against the Storm for its unique combination of mechanics!
I'm noticing some of the most critically acclaimed games are combining previously standalone genres in a unique combination, which is a really nice breath of fresh air!
